Reduce wrinkles with facial massage who want to reduce facial wrinkles. I have method to reduce facial wrinkles to say......
Step 1. Start from forehead, massage by middle finger and rin finger is a coil (heavy to light) from the center of the forehead to the head with 6 tempo. Repeat 3 times until the last time, press point the head to relax.
Step 2. Area around the eyes and lifting lip, massage by the middle finger and ring finger to gently massge area under the eyes. Star from line skeleton lower eye, massage left and right gently repeat 3 times. Then start massage from the south nasal rubbed out the side in a manner lifting surface 3 times, and slide your finger down to the lower lip rubbed out along the lip in features raised repeat 3 times.
Step 3. Lifting muscles around the mouth corner to both fingertip massage from the center of the chin to corner of mouth lift repeat 3 times.
Step 4. Lifting the cheek muscles to fingertip massage on both sides of the mouth corner in a manner to raise a wide-angle surface. Hold a moment and then rubbed down repeat 3 times.
Step 5. Relaxing Stress area the eyes, massage by the middle finger and ring finger press the head and 2 eyes from side, press gently and count 1-3. Then rubbed on the eyelid and massage around repeat 3 times. The last time massage eyelid to press the point at the head.
That easy to decrease wrinkles on your face; moreoverhelp to relax also.

Visit Koh Chang


Koh Chang is the largest island in the Gulf of Thailand islands in Trat province in eastern Thailand.


I went to visit last year before the Songkran festival in April. Leave at three o'clock at night the day by bus takes about eight hours. Trat arrived about four o'clock in the morning. Fortunately I got the ferry to Koh Chang is the first round. When I cross came to Koh Chang will have to sit minibus to go to accommodation reservation.


Koh Chang has all three beaches are white sand beach, Hat Khlong Phrao - Laem Chai Chet and Kai Bae. Ao Bai Lan and, Bang Bao fishing village, Ban Salak Petch - House Rong, Nam Tok Than Mayom and Nam Tok Klongplu.
My Reservation at White Sands Resort in Ao Bai Lan House, because the others will have full visitors each book out.
Weather on Koh Chang is really fresh air. You can rent a bike at the beach of the resort to see another beautiful photo to go or eat fresh seafood and delicious.



I went to dive in the other day with speed boat to a reservation to see beautiful corals and fishes, and went to other Island around Koh Chang in Koh Wai, Koh Lao Ya, Koh Kham and Koh Mak.


I really want to tell my experience here for more but see the beauty of the place through images. Actually, the good way I want everybody to touch by yourself is better than just reading my story. I can only say that it is fun, fresh air and nature is very beautiful. If you interested in coming to visit in Thailand asking the information. I am happy to provide it with friends.
