
Consumer Rights Protection Center of Germany suggest that if you want to reduce weight , to drink water at least 2 liters throughout the day, not only when hungry. Because water will stimulate metabolism system to aleart, and well burn than normal; Moreover, it make the skin firm but does not inculde tea, coffee and alcohol drink. It is recommended that tea and coffee should not exceed 2-3 days per cup, alcohol is a high sugar as well. If you wanna have good shape, you should avoid drinks that make you gain weight.
